At Fleurty Girl, we want you to love your New Orleans-inspired finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that seasonal items and sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached and that the purchase was made within the last 30 days.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items you wish to return and include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Mail your package to our distribution center using your preferred carrier, or bring your return to any of our retail locations for an immediate exchange or store credit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
